Built for the 5 a.m. delivery run.

The console does the jobs your paper register does, writes tomorrow's list while you sleep, keeps the money straight, and gives you something to send when someone asks.

Tomorrow's delivery sheet

Built for you every night from your active subscriptions, minus anyone who has paused. Grouped by area and ready to print before the 5 a.m. run.

Your book and your register

Every subscriber with their plan, address and payment state in one list. Mark payments as they come in. Bring your existing WhatsApp customers over in one bulk import.

A storefront you can send anyone

Your own page with plans, photos, delivery days, time slots and the areas you serve. Once we verify you, a badge sits on it, and anyone can subscribe from it without calling you first.

Posts made from your own page

Five ready-made designs in four sizes for Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp status, built from your plans and prices, each carrying a QR code to your page. Two taps, no design work.

The console

Every screen solves a problem in your day.

Eight screens from a real kitchen's Friday. Counting tomorrow's boxes, planning the route, telling your partner where to go, chasing who has paid. Each one is handled here, so running the day stops being the hard part.

Nothing to remember at 5am

The morning

Nothing to remember at 5am

Requests waiting, deliveries not closed off, money still outstanding. It is on the screen before you have made tea, so nothing lives in your head overnight.

Tomorrow's deliveries, written while you sleep.

This is the sheet, exactly as it prints. You do not write it, edit it or count anything for it, it is built every night from your subscriptions, with pauses already taken out. Open the app at 5 a.m. and it is waiting.

Generated from NearSubs · pauses already removed · tick each stop as you hand it over

Scroll the sheet sideways to see every column, on paper it fits one A4 page.

Written at midnight, not by you

Every active subscription, every plan, every schedule, turned into tomorrow's delivery list while you sleep. Nothing to remember, nothing to copy across.

Pauses are already off it

Someone away for the week never reaches your sheet, and never reaches your bill either. You stop cooking for people who told the app, not you.

The pack count comes first

Before you leave the kitchen you need one number per plan. It is on the top line, so the counting happens once instead of in your head at the stove.

Paper or phone, same list

Print it and tick as you go, or carry it on your phone and tap. Either way it is grouped by area, in the order you actually ride it.

Your page on NearSubs

Your kitchen, as customers see it.

A real storefront, scrolling. Send this one link to anyone who asks what you cook and they get the plans, the prices, the days, the slot and the areas you serve, without you typing it out again.

  • Your name, with a verified badge

Your business, your category, your delivery days and the areas you cover. Checked by us before it goes live.

  • Your own numbers, not invented ones

Active subscribers, deliveries actually completed, plans on offer. Counted from your account. There are no ratings and no review scores anywhere on NearSubs.

  • Your story, and photos of your food

A few lines about the kitchen, the localities you deliver to, and your own gallery. Not stock pictures of somebody else's thali.

  • Every plan, with its price and days

What it costs, which days it runs, the time slot, and exactly what is in the box. The questions you answer on WhatsApp twenty times a week.

  • They subscribe without calling you

The request lands in your console. You approve it, and they pay you directly.

Something to post, without hiring a designer.

The console builds your social posts from the storefront you already filled in, your name, your plans, your prices, your photos. Five designs, four sizes, every one carrying a QR code straight to your page. Pick one, download it, post it.

Nothing on it is invented

No ratings, no review counts, no “500+ happy customers”. Only your active plans at the prices you actually charge. If you add a promo line, it is your words and your promise, we never apply a discount on your behalf, because the person honouring it is you.

Why move from WhatsApp & offline?

You already have loyal customers. Keep them, and keep every rupee they pay you. What changes is the daily work of getting it all out of the door. Here is the difference, line by line.

WhatsApp / Offline

Who paid and who didn't lives in a notebook
Five to eight hours a month spent chasing dues
Pause and resume requests flood your DMs
“I paused four days”, “it was three”, and nothing written down
Tomorrow's list written out by hand every night
No record of what was delivered when
Nothing to send when someone asks about you
Stuck at the number of customers you can hold in your head
Better Way

With NearSubs

Tomorrow's delivery sheet builds itself every night, grouped by area and printable
A register that has already worked out what everyone owes, pauses deducted
Subscribers pause and resume themselves instead of messaging you
The pause is priced in delivery days, and they see the same number you do
Your subscriber book: plan, address and payment state for everyone, in one list
Every delivery marked off as it is made, with the date against it
A verified page you can send anyone, and posts made from it in two taps
No commission, customers pay you directly and you keep 100%

The details that end the first-of-the-month argument.

Most billing disputes are not about money. They are about nobody having written the pause down. These four rules are built into the register, and your customer sees the same numbers you do.

A pause costs delivery days, not calendar days

Pausing Saturday to Monday on a Mon-Sat plan costs one delivery, not three. Dividing the month by 30 would overcharge on some plans and undercharge on others, so we never do.

Joining or leaving mid-month is pro-rated

Someone who starts on the 17th is billed from the 17th. Someone who cancels on the 10th is billed to the 10th, even if the bill was already open. A full month is always the price you advertised, never a rupee off.

You decide what a customer's pause does

Deduct it from their bill, or absorb it as goodwill, your call, applied the same way every time. Either way you can see how many days were paused.

If you pause them, it always comes off

A pause you started, a wedding, an illness, a bad supply week, always reduces their bill, whatever your policy. They did not choose to go without.

Your number stays yours. Your phone and email never appear on your public page. Customers reach you through a subscription request you approve, not by calling at 11 p.m.

How NearSubs works

A marketplace for
local subscriptions.

We list verified local vendors and keep every subscription in one place. The money stays between you and your vendor.

Vendors are checked

Every vendor applies to join. We review the business and where it delivers before the storefront goes live, and a verified badge sits on the page.

The vendor approves you

Subscribing sends a request, not an order. The vendor confirms they deliver to your area before anything starts.

You pay the vendor directly

UPI, cash or bank transfer, straight to them. NearSubs never holds your money and takes no cut of it.

What NearSubs takes

₹0

of what you pay your vendor. There is no payment gateway here, so there is nothing for us to take a cut of.

Launch your subscription service online, without building anything.

If you already cook forty lunch boxes a morning, deliver milk before six, or collect laundry twice a week, you are running a subscription business. What you probably do not have is somewhere to keep it, other than a notebook, a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp thread that scrolls past the thing you needed.

NearSubs gives that business a page customers can subscribe on and a console you can run it from. You set the plans and the prices. Customers find you, request a plan and pay you directly. You get tomorrow's delivery list written for you every night.

Built for the services that arrive on a schedule

Tiffin and meal box services
Run a daily lunch box service on fixed monthly plans, or charge per box for customers who only want Tuesdays and Thursdays. Set the days each plan delivers, the time window it goes out in, and what is included. Customers pick their own days on a per-box plan, and the bill follows the boxes that actually went out.
Milk and dairy deliveries
Early morning delivery, seven days a week, with quantities that change per household. The sheet is grouped by area so the deliveries are walked in one direction, and a customer travelling for a fortnight pauses themselves rather than calling you at 5 a.m.
Laundry and ironing
Weekly or twice-weekly pickup and drop on a subscription rather than per load. Plans carry their own schedule, so a Monday-and-Thursday service and a Saturday-only service sit side by side on the same storefront.
Fruit, vegetable and grocery boxes
Weekly boxes with a fixed price, or a per-box plan for customers who skip a week now and then. Photograph this week's box, put it on your page, and the people already subscribed see what is coming.
Flowers, water and newspapers
Anything that arrives on a schedule and is paid for by the month works the same way: a plan, a set of delivery days, a list of areas you serve, and a sheet each morning telling you where to go.

Manage your daily deliveries from one screen.

The work in a daily delivery business is not the cooking. It is remembering that the flat on the second floor is away until Thursday, that two people still owe for last month, and that somebody asked to move from five days to three. That is what the console is for.

Tomorrow's delivery sheet, written overnight
Every night the console builds the next day's delivery list from your active subscriptions, leaves out anyone who has paused, and groups it by area. Print it before the run or mark it off on a phone. Nothing to assemble at 5 a.m., and nobody forgotten because a message got buried.
Pauses that price themselves
A customer sets the dates they are away and their deliveries stop. Credit is counted in delivery days rather than calendar days, so pausing Saturday to Monday on a weekday plan costs one delivery, not three. You decide whether a customer's own pause comes off the bill; a pause you call always does.
A bill that matches what you delivered
Billing counts delivery days, not dates on a calendar. A full month is charged the price you advertised, a part month is worked out pro rata, and a per-box plan is simply the boxes that went out. The same arithmetic runs behind the sheet, the register and the month ahead, so they cannot disagree with each other.
Your payment register, not a payment gateway
Customers pay you directly by UPI. NearSubs never holds, moves or takes a cut of that money, and there is no mandate for anyone to sign. The register is where you mark what has come in and see what is still open, and it can send a reminder to anyone who has forgotten.
Only the areas you actually serve
List the localities you deliver to and customers choose from that list rather than typing an address you would have to refuse. A request from outside your area never reaches you, so you are not the one saying no.
Posts for Instagram and WhatsApp, built from your page
Five designs in four sizes, made from your own storefront: your name, your plans, your prices, your photos, and a QR code straight to your page. Download one or the set. Nothing on them is invented, so they can be handed to a customer as they are.

Questions kitchens ask before they sign up.

How do I start taking subscription orders online?

Apply with your business details, we verify them, and your storefront goes live with a link you can share on WhatsApp and Instagram. Set up your plans, list the areas you deliver to, and import the customers you already have in one go. Most kitchens are operating the same day.

Do I need a website or an app first?

No. Your storefront is your page on NearSubs and customers subscribe on it. There is nothing for you or your customers to install, and it works on any phone browser.

What does it cost, and do you take a commission?

A flat ₹999 a month, with your first month free. There is no commission, no per-order fee and no cut of anything your customers pay you. They pay you directly and you keep all of it.

Can I charge per box instead of a fixed monthly price?

Yes. A per-box plan prices each delivery, so customers pick the days that suit them and the bill is the boxes that actually went out that period. You can run fixed and per-box plans side by side on the same storefront.

Can I bring my existing WhatsApp customers across?

Yes. Import them with their plan, address and start date in one go, so day one in the console looks like the business you already have rather than an empty list.

What happens if I miss marking a delivery?

A delivery counts as delivered unless you mark it as a miss. That way an unmarked day never quietly disappears off a customer's bill, which is the error a vendor would never notice.

What if I stop paying the ₹999?

Your storefront comes off the browse page so new customers cannot find you, and nothing else changes. Your existing subscribers keep their deliveries, the sheet still generates, your register is untouched, and your own link still works. Your customers are not party to our invoice.

Ready to start? Apply to list your service - it is free, and your first month on the console is too. Curious what customers see first? Browse the vendors already on NearSubs.

Ready to move your book into the console?

Tell us about your business. We check it, your storefront goes live, and you import your existing customers in one go. Nothing to pay for the first month.
